Well first day back at work after a fantastic Safari experience and a relaxing week in Mauritius. Just a quick message to say thank you, the lodge, staff and facilities were absolutely fabulous and exceeded all of our expectations.
A special thanks to Hendrick and Sidwell for there knowledge and fantastic drives, we saw many things including a newborn Black Rhino calf, newborn lion cubs, wild dogs hunting and even an alligator taking an Impala from the water’s edge.
Thanks to your staff, Andri and Lani for their cheerful and always can do attitude. Thanks to Herman for going the extra mile and going into town to pick up Julies e-reader that she left on the transfer bus and for also keeping me up late one night lol, to chili sauce Gary for his many tales and attentive bar service.
It was interesting to hear from Richard how you guys built the lodge despite covid and that you were able to offer the experience that you do.
Many thanks to all of the housekeeping and kitchen staff, mealtimes really were a special experience.
We will be putting a review on tripadvisor shortly and look forward to visiting again in the future.
