While residing in the private areas, it is worth your while to visit the public areas of the world renowned Kruger National Park as well. This area, where nearly 2 million hectares of unrivalled diversity of life forms fuses with historical and archaeological sites.. Enjoy an entire day exploring, looking out for the legendary Big Five animals: buffalo, cheetah, elephant, lion and rhino and the birdlife for which the park is famous all while touring the different ecological zones with its unbelievable number of species of trees, fish, amphibians, reptiles. Be sure you have your binoculars ready, we will provide the rest. An early start, accompanied by your professional tour guide, you leave the Lodge heading out on a leisurely drive with beautiful scenery and loads of excitement!
After entering the Kruger, keeping our eyes peeled as anything can happen.. and the chase is on! Following a hearty breakfast and a cup of coffee at Letaba camp, we visit the Elephants museum.
The search then continues as we eagerly explore further along the rivers and ravines. Lunch will be enjoyed either at a picnic spot or at one of the rest camps in the Park before we resume the trail. We exit the park after a day of game-viewing and sightseeing and we head back towards Imagine Africa where cold beer will be waiting for us… a true reward after an unequalled experience!
