A special mention also to the owners, who are such kind-hearted and welcoming people. It was a true joy to see them again.||The lodge itself is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature. Even though we were a bit unlucky with the weather this time, the safari experience was still outstanding. Our guide and especially Victor, the tracker, were phenomenal. Victor managed to spot animals we would have never seen on our own—his skills are truly impressive.||The food was also amazing—there was a wide variety of thoughtfully prepared dishes, all incredibly delicious and clearly made with great care and creativity.||All in all, this place remains something very special to me. I would come back again and again without hesitation. An unforgettable experience in a breathtaking setting.

Four days at IA. Wonderful rooms, really liked the private outdoor shower, service provided by the IA team was excellent, location not too far from Hoedspruit airport. Hendrik and Victor gave us a few amazing experiences with lions, rhino, elephants while driving around in the Landcruiser. Guida e trekker impareggiabili: ci hanno mostrato numerose specie di animali e volatili, fornendoci tantissime nozioni su flora e fauna del bush.Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di vedere gli elefanti bere e spruzzarsi alla pozza davanti alla veranda. The staff at Imagine Africa are unbelievable! Hendrick our driver was so personable & welcoming. All of the staff go above & beyond to ensure all of your needs are met. A plus for the luxury beds & great food. I would highly recommend Imagine Africa for a stay in the great Kruger area.

Amazing experience! Amazing experience at Imagine Africa. At the camp we got spoiled by extraordinary service. We had trouble with delayed luggage which Shine and Warren took care of and held contact with the airline for us. The food and the facilities at the camp were outstanding, everything felt really thought through. We had Victor and Hendrick for our game drives and they gave us the experience of our lifetime. The rides felt exclusive due to less cars in the reserves and we got close to the animals. All in all, would definitely recommend imagine Africa for your safari trip.

Everything was perfect - the game drives, the lodging, the meals, the entire staff. |The location on Balule couldn’t be beat either. We saw the Big 5 within our first two drives, but still saw more and more on our next few drives. |The rooms truly are luxury tenting - very clean, quiet, and private, while also having just enough modern amenities (electricity, water, ac/heat). ||The whole feel and atmosphere of the camp truly is a luxury experience, and we couldn’t have dreamt of a better vacation. ||5 ⭐️

We stayed at Imagine Africa in March 2026 with our children (10 and 7), and had the most incredible stay. Luxury accommodation, the yummiest food, beautiful facilities and the most patient, kind, knowledgeable and friendly ranger (Wiehahn) and tracker (Sydwell) ever.It really was the trip of a lifetime and memories we'll keep forever. Fantastic I've been to a lot of places in and around the Kruger National Park and throughout South Africa and imagine Africa has been the best experience by far , we have been here before and we will come again. The place is fantastic the staff and owners are wonderful , the layout and planning etc. Everything absolutely perfect i can highly recommend and advise anyone to visit the imagine Africa family.

I cannot recommend this Camp enough. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of magical.The accommodation is truly unique—you sleep in elevated "pale houses" that are essentially luxurious, beautifully designed tents. It’s the perfect way to feel connected to the sights and sounds of the bush while enjoying complete comfort.The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a treat. Of course, the real highlight was the safari experience.Our game drives were incredible, but the standout moment was our walking safari, where we were lucky enough to spot lions! It was an exhilarating, once-in-a-lifetime encounter that we will never forget.If you are looking for a beautiful, intimate, and professional camp in Kruger, look no further. Our stay at Imagine Africa was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We had a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Imagine Africa, visiting from Australia. From the moment we pulled into the entrance, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by all the staff, greeted with friendly smiles, refreshing drinks, and cool towels. ​The safari tents had a level.of luxury beyond our expectations and felt extremely safe. We loved the structure of the day; there was a perfect balance between game drives, and relaxation. The food was sensational, and the varied settings for each meal—along with the staff's attention to our every need—made the experience feel truly special. ​The safari vehicles were pristine and comfortable, and we were certainly not disappointed by the wildlife. While rhinos can be rare to find, we had a breathtakingly up-close experience; if they hadn't been wild animals, we would have exited the vehicle and touched them. We also saw an incredible number of elephants and giraffes, and even found hippos in the most unexpected small water holes. ​There was very little we had to think of on our own, as every detail was seamlessly handled. I highly recommend staying here.

Unforgettable South Africa Safari Luxurious Glamping I had an amazing experience. A five star attention to detail staff, delicious meals with great chefs explaining each menu, the tents/rooms were beautifully designed and comfortable. Wir waren im Zuge unserer Südafrika Reise 2 Nächte im Imagine Africa Luxury Tented Camp. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen war einfach aber sehr gut. Im Zuge unseres Aufenthalts haben wir auch die Massage in Anspruch genommen, die einfach herrlich war. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Guide und Tracker, die uns viele Einblicke in die Tierwelt gegeben und uns großartige Game Drives ermöglicht haben. Generell ist die Atmosphäre sehr familiär und man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 😊
