I want to thank you for your endless patience and amazing attention to detail in arranging our Botswana and South Africa tour. I know there were many, many moving parts (transportation, accommodations, guiding, food), especially when designing a custom trip for a group of ten people, but with your exceptional planning skills and knowledge, it went off without a hitch. With the expert guiding skills of all of our guides and trackers, we saw an extraordinary array of animals and relied on their judgement and expertise to keep us informed and safe. Because our group was made up of family and friends, I could see how the wildlife sightings and warm, African welcomes were literally changing the hearts and minds of people in our group. Some were brought to tears, some were already planning to come back, and some went from thinking that wildlife conservation was a distant and abstract idea to something that is now and forever a part of their lives. Thank you for making it possible to share such profound experiences with this group of family and friends.
